ESG Project Analyst

Peterson Solutions, a renowned global provider of sustainability services, is seeking a ESG Project Analyst to join our team in Iberia.
We’re looking for candidates with up to 2–3 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the progress of projects in close collaboration with the Project Manager;
- Facilitate meetings and interactions with international client contacts;
- Proactively and independently support project-related processes.
- Assist in the financial management and maintenance of project budgets;
- Support the creation and documentation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs);
- Support internal invoicing processes for the offices involved in the project;
- Manage project management tools and documentation throughout project development;
- Control, organize, and review project-related documents.
Requirements
- Finished or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, Law, Environmental Management, Ecology, Economy or related fields;
- Previous experience in ESG projects;
- Advanced or fluent English (mandatory);
- Spanish (desirable);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders;
- Strong collaboration skills for working with national and international teams;
- Good organizational abilities, autonomy, and time management;
- Valid Category B driver’s license (for occasional car trips);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
